Back to school

I had to leave school due to my work schedule. I should have fought harder to stay in, but I was burned out and gave in easily. Now I'm chomping at the bit to be back in. I have two more stupid GE classes. I'm dreaming about being in the legal courses, happily taking notes about torts and case law. I can't believe I ever doubted that I was supposed to be in this field. I'm far from perfect, but I'm trying to get a little bit better each day.

What is the 29th line?

Each line of a legal document is numbered 1 through 28. The 29th line is my special place. My mind goes there after a long day at work or a difficult night at school.

There are times that I've completed a document and my teacher sends it back to be fixed for the 6th time. I do a lot of cussing to myself. So do my class mates. We keep talking about how there should be a bar nearby and it should be called Line 29.
